Trauma: Coparenting with a Narcissist & Sociopath

Episode 24:

*Trigger Warning:  This episode will discuss a specific person’s experience with coparenting with a narcissist and sociopath. The content may be triggering to listeners with similar experiences.*
The average toxic person affects 10 people directly and/or indirectly in their life.  Are you being affected by a narcissist or sociopath? Is your coparenting relationship full of drama, trauma and chaos?

Listen as Mandy interviews Grace W. Wroldson. Grace is the author of five self-help books available on Amazon. Through her books, Grace gives insight on how to cope with loving an alcoholic. Her newest books deliver essential survival strategies for co-parenting with a narcissist in a high-conflict custody battle.

Defying the odds, Grace overcame every obstacle that her ex placed in her path to happiness. She has since dedicated her life’s work to help other women and mothers cope, win, face failures, and find peace. Ultimately, her mission is to spare children from an alcoholic home or save them from abusive, toxic, personality-disordered parents by offering the secrets to her success and valuable survivor wisdom in her books.
Grace shares three suggestions and encouragement that has helped set her up for success when coparenting with a narcissist and sociopath.
